Young, Black, Generation Z talent should decide with their feet and leave an organisation that doesn't care about the diversity and inclusion issues that matter to them, according to the CEO of The 10,000 Interns Black Foundation, Rebecca Achieng Ajulu-Bushell.

She made the comments while talking about how to make talent work and propel Black professionals through organisations, during a Barron's Live special edition with Financial News on 15 December.
