2M Invest, the Danish venture capital firm whose market capitalisation has fallen from Dkr 2.2bn (€300m) to Dkr350m in the last year, has been forced to postpone the announcement of its 2001 results for three weeks while it negotiates a capital injection with shareholders and lenders.
The market capitalisation of 2M Invest, which invests in start-up and early-stage information technology companies and has seen the value of its investments tumble in the last two years, is now lower than the book value of its net assets.
