3i and AP Fonden 6, one of Sweden's national pension funds, have got back double the value of their original investment in Nordisk Renting, the rental property developer, by selling their 60% combined stake to Nordea for Skr1.08bn (€118m).

The deal completes the acquisition of Nordisk Renting by Nordea, one of Scandinavia's largest banks. It had earlier acquired 40% from Merita, another Scandinavian bank, and had an option to buy the rest of the shares.
