Private equity house 3i Group has raised its fourth US collateralised loan obligation fund since 2012, despite the regulatory uncertainty surrounding the market.

3i raised $416 million for the CLO fund called COA Summit, according to a statement. All four of the US vehicles were raised by 3i Debt Management US.
