Adeline Willis was ready to call it quits on her legal battle over her unfair dismissal from NatWest several times during the two years since her August 2019 cancer diagnosis.

“I genuinely thought I was going mad,” says the former manager at NatWest, who led a compliance and regulation team at the bank’s London office.
