‘A hell of a lot more demand’ from rich Brits buying EU citizenship on crash-out Brexit fears

The UK’s richest are preparing to buy citizenship from countries in the European Union in a frantic bid to avoid the repercussions of a sharp break-up.

Henley & Partners, a London-based advisory firm for wealthy professionals including financiers, has seen  “a hell of a lot more demand for our services" recently, said Paddy Blewer, a director at the firm.
