Professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal announced that Osman Khan has joined its transaction advisory group as a managing director based in New York. Formerly with PricewaterhouseCoopers' transaction services, in his new post Khan will focus on pre- and post-acquisition due diligence and divestiture services for strategic and financial investors.
