ABN Amro has hired Julian Hall from Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) to work in its convertible bond origination team.

Hall, who will be based in London, joins the equity capital markets unit. Prior to the appointment, Hall was a director in CSFB's equity capital markets team based in Hong Kong. He joined the Swiss-American investment bank three years ago.
