ABN Amro Asset Management has recruited a replacement head of North American sales to take over from Russell Campbell, who left early this year.

Tom Leavitt, a former executive at ratings agency Standard & Poor's, takes over from Campbell to focus on the institutional marketplace. Leavitt reports to Frank Goasguen, global head of institutional sales at ABN, and will also sit on the Dutch bank's North American regional committee.
