Dutch bank ABN Amro has recruited two leveraged finance bankers to join its European operations, one from Bank of Scotland and the other from Credit Suisse First Boston.

Tom Swift joins ABN Amro's UK leveraged finance team from Bank of Scotland, where he has been an associate director in acquisition finance for the past three years.
