ABN Amro Capital exits more of De Dietrich

ABN Amro Capital, the private equity group of the Dutch bank, has clinched the second sale in a three-stage disposal of De Dietrich, the French industrial group acquired in 2000 for €520m ($644m).

ABN has sold the heating equipment division, De Dietrich Thermique, to its Dutch competitor, Remeha. Lawyers Loyens & Loeff acted for Remeha, ABN used Latham & Watkins.
