Olivier Moatti has joined the steady stream of departing executives from Bernard Arnault's troubled internet investment vehicle Europ@Web, in order to take a partner position at ABN Amro Capital France.

The firm has hired Moatti to work as a partner in its venture capital team. Moatti will focus on IT and software investments as well as bio-tech. The venture is in the midst of raising its fourth fund, which has a target of between €15m ($13m) and €20m. The team has a total of around €75m under management. The first two funds are completely invested while the third fund is half-invested.
