A former investment director at Fidelity International has joined ABN Amro Asset Management's absolute return unit, which now has €2.5bn ($3.3bn) in assets under management.

Anne-Sophie Girault, who left Fidelity in August, has joined ABN Amro as a global product specialist. She previously worked at LCF Rothschild Asset Management in Paris and at Eurovest in New York.
