ABN Amro has hired John Gibbons as global head of its financial institutions and public sector (FIPS) cash management division.

Gibbons joins the bank's global transaction service (GTS) business after spending his 20-year long career at Deutsche Bank. Most recently, he marketed cash management and securities services to financial institutions. Gibbons will be based in Amsterdam.
