ABN Amro has continued to expand its structuring business with the hire of Fernando Guerrero to the newly created role of global head of collateralized debt and synthetic obligations (CDOs).
Guerrero will be responsible for developing ABN Amro's presence in the balance sheet management and asset management arbitrage businesses, to complement the bank's international asset securitisation franchise. He joins from TD Securities, where he has been a managing director in the structured products group in New York for the last three years.
