ABN Amro has promoted Stewart Callaghan to deputy global head of research and Michael Baptista to head of pan-Asian research.

Callaghan was previously head of Asian research and based in Hong Kong. He will relocate to London to start his new role on November 1. He reports to Tina Beattie, ABN's global head of research.
