Dutch bank ABN Amro has hired Yves Millardet to a new position as head of its public sector coverage in France and Belgium.

Millardet, who joins from CDC Marchés in Paris, will pitch for mandates on financing deals for local authority clients in the two countries. He will also service existing ABN Amro clients as part of his relationship management role.
