ABN Amro sells last of mezzanine portfolio to Rothschild

ABN Amro Capital has completed the closure of its disappointing mezzanine unit by offloading the remains of its portfolio to NM Rothschild.

John Sealy, the head of Rothschild's new mezzanine finance capability, will be familiar with the portfolio, comprising about six companies and acquired for an undisclosed sum. He was a director for six years at ABN Amro Mezzanine before joining Rothschild at the start of the year.
