ABN Amro's Bannister leaves Europe to run US wholesale unit

Nick Bannister, ABN Amro's global equities chief based in London, is to relocate to New York to assume a permanent role as head of the Dutch bank's wholesale client business in the US.

The move follows Bannister's temporary assignment to the role in April this year. Rob van Paridon, the head of US wholesale client business, had been promoted to senior executive vice-president, and relocated back to head office in Amsterdam.
