ABN Amro executives have won some of the top roles at Royal Bank of Scotland's European investment banking business, after RBS conducted a series of interviews to decide who would stay on following the Dutch bank’s takeover.

RBS today revealed the team that would run its new corporate finance division, which has been formed from the combination of its own business and that of ABN Amro's.
