The ABN Amro Rothschild-led flotation of Carter & Carter, the UK vehicle services company has raised £53.9m (€34.7m) after pricing this morning.

A banking source in London said the IPO priced at the top of its indicative 205p to 235p price range. Most of the 23 million shares went to UK institutional investors.
