Troubled Dubai-based private equity firm Abraaj Group HAS agreed to sell four of its funds to US investment management company Colony Capital.

Financial terms were nOt disclosed for the sale of the funds, which own stakes in companies in Latin America, Sub Saharan Africa, North Africa and Turkey. Los Angeles-based Colony has also agreed to oversee, on an interim basis, other Abraaj funds.
