Jason Windsor has been named as Abdrn’s new chief executive, taking the helm of the UK-listed fund management group at a turbulent time.

Windsor, who had been acting as interim CEO since Bird’s surprise exit on 24 May, was the favourite to succeed Stephen Bird in the top job and faces multiple challenges to restore faith in the company.
