Abrdn has appointed Alain Courbebaisse as chief technology officer within its investments business — the latest in a string of appointments made since Jason Windsor became chief executive of the UK-listed asset manager in September.

For almost the past two years, Courbebaisse has worked as chief commercial officer within Interactive Investor — the retail investment platform Abrdn acquired for £1.5bn at the end of 2021.
