Abrdn, the UK-listed fund management group, posted a significant slowdown in outflows during the first half of the year, a period that coincided with the Edinburgh group losing its chief executive.
Abrdn recorded a 2% rise in assets under management to £505.9bn at the end of June, up from £494.9bn a year ago. However, compared with the end of March, group assets were down slightly from £508bn.
