Absolute Capital Management shares suspended on statement delay

Shares of Absolute Capital Management, the hedge fund firm listed on London's junior Alternative Investment Market, were suspended this morning after the firm delayed the publication of its audited report and accounts.

The company said the delay in providing an audited report for the year to December 31 2007 was necessary "because the company has undergone an extensive restructuring process and has also changed company auditors."
