Accent Equity Partners, the Nordic private equity specialists, has made 13 times its original investment selling Hörnell International, the protective equipment manufacturer, to 3M for SEK750m (€82m).

Sources close to the deal said that the 13 multiple is more impressive as Accent has only held the investment since 1996.
