Integrated Decision Systems (IDS), US provider of portfolio management solutions, has appointed Donald Totter, former chief sales officer at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), the US software house, as chief executive officer.

Totter has 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. As chief sales officer for the brokerage division of ADP, he led its growth in the outsourcing of securities processing for the equity and fixed income markets globally.
