Private equity fund of funds group Adveq has opened its third office in China, the world's second-largest economy which last month relaxed rules governing foreign investment in the country.

Adveq has opened an office in Hong Kong, adding to those it opened in Beijing in 2008 and Shanghai in 2011. The new office will be led by David Seex, a senior industry professional with significant experience working within alternative assets in Asia.
