Aegon Asset Management has expanded its US equities team with its hire of Gordon Crofts from Scottish Life.

Crofts will be responsible for healthcare and consumer sectors within Aegon's American Oeic sub-fund. He will also manage Aegon's US pension fund and a number of funds of funds targeted towards the international market.
