Stanislas Henry has joined AGF, the French financial services group that is majority-owned by Germany's Allianz, as director of corporate finance.

Henry comes to AGF from GE Capital UIS, the French arm of GE Capital's real estate business, where he was in charge of financial investments. Before that he worked at GE Capital in London, based in its European business development group.
