Agnelli's desire to exit sparks Worms sale talks

The supervisory board of Worms, the Paris-listed industrial holding company with a market capitalisation of €2.3bn ($2.8bn), has contacted some of Europe's largest buy-out firms after its largest shareholder said it wants to sell.

Nicolas Clive Worms, the chairman of the company's supervisory board, said he was studying ways to restructure the company's shareholder base.
