AIB enters Europe's CDO market

Allied Irish Bank has become the latest company to enter Europe's nascent collateralised debt obligation (CDO) market.

AIB Capital Markets has sold a €364m ($339m) CDO through a special purpose vehicle called Tara Hill, the fifth euro-denominated fund. Morgan Stanley is managing the sale and law firm Ashurst Morris Crisp advised AIB.
