Online investment platform AJ Bell has added Aquis Stock Exchange to its trading platform, giving retail investors access to companies listed on the exchange which competes with the London Stock Exchange's Aim.

The move comes as retail investing boomed during the pandemic, with consumers who have more time and savings venturing into markets.
