Mid-market investment bank Alantra has hired a veteran human resources professional to lead a global recruitment push from London as it continues to expand while some rivals have cut back.

The bank has named Andy Robinson as global head of human capital, the bank said in a statement, as it looks to bring in more senior dealmakers.
