Alberta Investment Management Corp. has reached an agreement to acquire Skanska's 50% in Chilean toll road operator Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista Central.

AIMCO will join a consortium of Autopista Central stakeholders that includes Santander Private Equity and Abertis Infraestructuras. The consortium holds a toll concession until 2031.
