Alcentra, the sub-investment grade debt specialist owned by BNY Mellon, has closed its latest collateralised loan obligation fund, the first European CLO to be priced after the Volcker rule was adopted by US regulators late last year.

The €413.5 million Jubilee CLO 2014-XI will primarily invest in senior secured loans, and also has a bucket for bonds.
