Jean-Yves Martin will join UK law firm Allen & Overy as a partner in the Paris office.

He joins from Klein-Goddard Associés, where he is a partner. Martin has around 20 years' experience, has advised on public takeovers and is a French capital markets and corporate specialist. He has also worked for Shearman & Sterling, where he was a partner.
