Allen & Overy, the European law firm, has strengthened its German banking business with two senior hires from Deutsche Bank and Landesbank Schleswig-Holstein

Dr Cornelia Summ joins A&O's Frankfurt office from Deutsche Bank's legal department where she worked for nearly 10 years. Summ will bring broad experience across the banking spectrum from acquisition and project finance to regulatory and insolvency issues.
