Allen & Overy has hired two corporate reconstruction lawyers from the New York office of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, as part of the European law firm's drive to build a full-service corporate and banking US practice.

David Frauman and Kenneth Coleman both have a broad company and banking client base. They arrive barely one month after the firm appointed Dan Cunningham, a Wall Street mergers and acquisitions lawyer, from Cravath Swaine & Moore.
