Magic Circle law firm Allen & Overy (A&O) has called up professional-negligence law firm Clyde & Co for an upcoming legal fight over its work on football club West Ham United’s lease of the London Stadium.

The stadium’s public sector owners – London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) and E20 Stadium LLP – launched a professional negligence claim against A&O last month for its work on the 2013 concession agreement with West Ham, which has been the subject of a series of expensive lawsuits.
