Allianz earmarks €375m for Dresdner restructuring

Allianz, the German insurance group, said it hopes to bring in an extra €800m ($677m) annually after 2006 together with savings of €208m through its acquisition of Germany's Dresdner Bank.

The merger, which sees Allianz buying the remaining stake in Dresdner that it does not already own, to set to be completed on July 13 following Allianz's end of March offer.
