Almeida Capital, the European private equity research and advisory firm, has hired Mitch Cybulski as chairman of the board of directors.

Cybulski was previously chairman at SmithKline Beecham, the drug company, where he was responsible for pharmaceutical and consumer operations outside Europe and the US.
