Almost all of the FCA’s 4,200 UK employees will work from home until next year

The FCA has told banks and fund managers to monitor employees working from home

Nearly all of the Financial Conduct Authority’s roughly 4,200 employees have worked from home throughout the pandemic, while the UK regulator has encouraged financial-services staff to work remotely and set strict surveillance requirements on their employers.

“Most of our staff have worked from home since March and will continue to do so until at least the New Year in line with the government’s guidance,” an FCA spokesman said.
