Altor acquires Bravida Telecom for Nordic development

Altor Equity Partners, the Nordic private equity manager spun out of Industri Kapital, has bought Bravida Telecom, the Norwegian telecoms firm, as a platform for expansion in the sector.

Bravida is Norway's largest provider of integrated installation, maintenance and operating services for networks and the sale of its telecoms arm will allow it to focus on its core business.
