A&M Capital Partners, a US mid-market private equity investor affiliated with restructuring advisory firm Alvarez & Marsal, has set up shop in Europe, FN's sister publication Private Equity Newsreports.

The firm is scouting for deals ahead of launching a fund to buy companies on the continent later this year, according to people familiar with the matter.
