Alvarez & Marsal is launching a new international law firm called Broadfield, which the consultant aims to grow to a “significant scale”.

UK law firm BDB Pitmans has signed a letter of intent to join as its first member firm, executives told Financial News. A&M is also in talks with a New York law firm to establish a US presence.
