Amadeus plans to float retina-imaging group

Amadeus Capital Partners, the UK venture capital firm, is planning to float retina-imaging group Optos on the London Stock Exchange next month to raise £30m (€43.7m) through Goldman Sachs.

Amadeus first invested in the company in 1998 and then provided an additional two rounds of funding. It owns a 23% stake.
