Amundi, Europe’s largest asset manager, has become the latest investment house to step up its efforts in emerging technology by appointing one of the best-known names in fintech as a senior adviser.

Oliver Bussmann, the former chief information officer at UBS and current president of the Crypto Valley Association, will take up his role at the institution in November, according to people familiar with the matter.
