Amundi eyes tech division growth as rivals seek AI help

Ever since ChatGPT was unveiled to fanfare in November, some of the City’s biggest names including Schroders, Abrdn and Man Group have been exploring how they can use AI, amid predictions the technology will revolutionise financial services.

Now Amundi, Europe’s largest asset manager, has set its sights on growing fees from its technology division as rivals seek help with their approach to AI.
